I am emerging out the backside of about 7 weeks (including about 6+ hours just today) of a freelance editing job that was a challenge in many ways. I just hit save, will let it sit overnight, give it a glance tomorrow morning and send it to the publisher. This will free up some morning time for what I'm terming my "preparatory work" necessary before taking a step toward a spiritual practice.

We will be exploring WWA's work alongside several other authors who wrote about methods of disciplining the mind and body, and overcoming the various impediments to spiritual/personal development that our society has forced upon us."

Now, I'm gonna go out to the garden and try to reconnect with my body that's been neglected in favor of a huge, poorly written manuscript and a computer screen.
